My journey to becoming a therapist started when I was on the other side of the couch as a teen battling anxiety. I got treatment that changed my life. I am here to do the same. 

Clients describe me as energetic, warm, positive, and non-judgemental. My style is often labeled as gentle and client led. I have a heart for advocacy and am comfortable coordinating with other providers, educational systems, employers, or government agencies. 

My approach is based on my belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship - it’s the most important part of what we do in here.

My career focus and specialized training has prepared me to work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and self-destructive behavior.  

I really love working with adolescents and young adults. People in times of transition and self-discovery.

I consider myself a part of a new wave of modern therapists. People who are humans first and therapists second. I promise not to stare awkwardly or turn the question around when you ask me how my weekend was, or where I am going on vacation. I get it, you are a real person looking for real connection. Just because our relationship is therapeutic in nature does not mean it can’t be authentic.
